Divine Feminine and Masculine: Why balance is important during this eclipse season

Hey everyone! How was your eclipse? I had some pretty special moments discovering quite a few new nature places, especially in the company of others. Although we have had two of three eclipses so far this summer, there has been a particular theme that was strong during both, and will go well into the third one on the 11th of August. This eclipse season, there has been a lot of focus on the surging of the true Divine Feminine from within. Any growth we are to see at this time is coming from a deep embrace of the softer aspects within us first. This makes sense astrologically as well, with many planets in key positions to the eclipse that have been retrograde, or are just about to. The second eclipse of this season that we just had in the sign of Aquarius was a South Node eclipse, which is another indicator of deeply going within, detaching from the old and refining. Of expanding our comfort zone.

If some parts of our life are not moving forward at this time, and we feel a bit stuck in a rut it is because movement doesn't only happen in the external, where the graph looks like a plane taking off and constantly gaining height in a straight line. The way of Feminine movement is through cycles.. through crests and troughs that keep becoming larger and more intense. Where the masculine leads with outer direction and grand vision, the Feminine leads with inner direction which is about depth and intensity.

Feminine energy nourishes and replenishes us by drawing us inwards, making us connect with the more hidden aspects of ourselves, be they aspects we are afraid of seeing within ourselves, or talents that are hidden and ready to emerge to be used for our current phase of life. Only the Feminine side of us can move in this cyclical way within and suss out from the depths what the greatest need to be comfortable in the NOW is. The role of our Masculine then is to take outer actions to provide that. To show up for this in a consistent way.

The Feminine makes sure we are not just moving forward leaving behind parts of ourselves in a bid to get ahead. She consistently makes sure we are Whole, releasing what is not needed for the moment, and giving birth to the new that is.

The Masculine makes sure we are not just stuck in exploring and traversing depths aimlessly, that there is a sure direction, Inspiration and forward movement with a goal and sense of Purpose.

These two forces are not in competition with each other. They are complementary and where there isn't healthy and equal flow between the two, we cannot experience balance in our life. These principles matter and can guide us in both our coming into the balance of the Feminine and Masculine within, through the process of the Inner Sacred Marriage, as well as apply to our relationships.

There has been a lot of emphasis paid on the more masculine side in the world, which for the most part is the lower, immature Masculine. Which may have a direction and goal to succeed, but that goal has not been conceived from the wholeness of Self, which takes into account the wellbeing of all that it is responsible for. All that nurtures it, which includes other people, as well as Mother Nature and all her kingdoms. We have been trained by society to build castles and buildings touching the skies. Yet when we do that at the cost of others we do not realise that those structures are temporary at best. For there can only be as much growth in the external as we have first allowed depth in the internal. The deeper we go first to get in touch with ourselves, the stronger our roots are. The more connected, supported and in harmony we are with all of Life. When all we do is focus on building in the external, uprooting everything that stands in our way, it is but a matter of time that the same catches up with us.

At this time in our Ascension, and whenever else we find ourselves unable to move forward somehow, it means that life is encouraging us to get into our Feminine to replenish first. That the way we were building before is done. Something about it needs to be let go of and a new way is emerging.

At such a time,

Relax into where you are

without needing to be somewhere else

Relax into just being.

Hold a willingness to create space for the highest result for all

Be willing to BE LED by something greater.

Answers come when we hold this space, they may come immediately but most often take their own time. For it is not just an answer that is coming. You are being completely transformed and updated from the inside. Once we create this emptiness that is free of agenda, a strong sense of Purpose fills us up on its own. In Divine Timing it lights up our cells and we feel like there is nothing that can stop us from taking that action. Because NOW pure Divine Will is creating through us.

This is the process of movement and growth in our Ascension. That is not just for certain Inspiring moments in our life, but once applied again and again becomes a constant state for all the actions we take big and small.
